Reticulated Gas System is a mechanism of supplying uninterrupted gas from a centralized cylinder storage bank to the end user’s point through pipelines. The gas is supplied from a centralized cylinder bank or bulk storage facility installed within the premises. This can be categorized into three types:
The Reticulated Piped Gas System supplies Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) through a network of pipelines, from a centralized cylinder bank or bulk installation (Bullet), to the customer's kitchen, bathroom, or heating appliances.
This is achieved by reducing the storage pressure to appliance-level pressure through suitable pressure regulators ensuring maximum safety. Automatic Changeover Regulators guarantee uninterrupted gas supply even when the service cylinder bank gets exhausted. Special regulators such as Under Pressure Shut-Off (UPSO) and Over Pressure Shut-Off (OPSO) are incorporated for added safety.

Each manifold consists of a battery of cylinders connected in parallel to a common pipeline. When the Active Manifold is exhausted, gas supply automatically switches to the Standby Manifold via an Automatic Changeover Regulator. The OPSO Valve acts as a safety mechanism, shutting off supply if pressure exceeds safe limits. Advanced leak detection is also provided for extra safety.

9SIGN prepaid gas meters is a smart gas volumetric meter with a prepayment function. With this meter, the gas company sells gas to the consumer by IC card through a computer management system. The consumer brings the IC card home and inserts a card into the meter once. The meter will record the bought gas amount and start auto calculating. The internal valve will close when there is a lack of credit or fraud attempt. Also, the total gas consumed amount and the current left gas amount can be inquired and displayed on the LCD by pressing the “Inquiry” button.
